Byatikram MASDO, a prominent socio-cultural organization based in Assam, is set to host a pioneering ‘Medical Tourism Conclave’ at the esteemed Dhaka Club in Dhaka, Bangladesh on Sunday, April 21. The event, commencing at 9 am, aims to catalyze collaboration between healthcare institutions in Eastern India and Bangladesh, fostering an environment conducive to the exchange of medical expertise and resources.
Dr. Saumen Bharatiya, President of Byatikram MASDO, expressed fervent optimism about the conclave, underscoring its potential to bolster healthcare ties between the two regions. “This initiative seeks to leverage the complementary strengths of Eastern India and Bangladesh in the medical domain, ultimately enhancing the quality and accessibility of healthcare services,” remarked Dr. Bharatiya. Distinguished experts from diverse fields including medical science, hospitality, and media are slated to deliver keynote lectures, while panel discussions will delve into the myriad opportunities and challenges inherent in the realm of medical tourism. An awareness program is also on the agenda, aimed at educating the public about the advantages of seeking medical treatment across borders.
