World Hindi Day is celebrated on January 10

World Hindi Day is celebrated beautifully on January 10 to continue tradition of discussing various aspects of Hindi language. Actually the first ever World Hindi Day was held on January 10, 2006 under ex-PM Manmohan Singh’s leadership. In fact January 10 was chosen because the first World Hindi Conference was inaugurated on January 10, 1975 in Nagpur, which was attended by delegates from 30 countries. This is actually good thing as people are giving so much respect to Hindi language and want to learn it.

Actually Hindi is very important language and specially people living in India need to learn it so that they can communicate properly. In reality there are many languages which are spoken in India but Hindi is preferred by most people and it is removing the differences of people. If you see learning Hindi is very interesting and people can achieve many things from it. Celebrating World Hindi Day on January 10 is very important as it encourages and motivates people a lot.
