The Vibrant Gujarat roadshow led by Shri MulubhaiBera, Hon’ble Minister of Tourism, Cultural Activities, Forest and Environment, Climate Change, Government of Gujarat successfully concludes in Guwahati on 24thNovember, 2023. Distinguished industry leaders, along with senior officials from the government of Gujarat, attended the roadshow. Shri MulubhaiBera, the Hon’ble Minister of Tourism, Cultural Activities, Forest and Environment, Climate Change, of the Gujarat Government, held one-on-one meetings with various companies.
The roadshow aimed to promote collaboration and cooperation across sectors like Tourism & Hospitality, IT & ITeS, Semiconductor, Electronics, Aerospace & Defense, Biotechnology, and Chemical & Petrochemicals, as well as attract investments in future-ready mega projects like GIFT City, Dholera SIR, and Biotech Park.
Shri MulubhaiBera, the Hon’ble Minister of Tourism, Cultural Activities, Forest and Environment, Climate Change, of the Government of Gujarat, delivered an address on the significance of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit and its vital role in the state’s development. He highlighted that Gujarat’s government has implemented investor-friendly policies to enhance its investment ecosystem and is now a leading contributor to India’s exports. Further Shri MulubhaiBera said “Gujarat contributed to more than 33% of India’s exports in the year 2022-23 which was the highest by any state in the country”.
