Uttar Purvi Mahotsav 2024 a five-day cultural extravaganza will held at Bharat Mandapam at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, from the 13th to the 17th of January 2024, and will organized by the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region and the North Eastern Handicrafts & Handlooms Development Corporation Limited (NEHHDC).
