Uttar Pradesh CM asks state officials to coordinate with Centre to bring back mortal remains of 5 Indians

An aircraft with 72 people on board crashed in Nepal on Sunday, a spokesman for Yeti Airlines said, as per news agency AFP.

Nepal PM Pushpa Kamal Dahal told , the flight took off from the capital, Kathmandu, to Pokhara in central Nepal, and requested security personnel and the general public to extend helping hand with the rescue efforts, Associated Press reported.

Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath expressed the grievances of the loss of 5 Indians in Nepal aircraft crash. He said that state authorities have been asked to coordinate with external affairs ministry to bring back the mortal remains of the deceased individuals to UP.

All five Indians who lost their lives in the plane crash in Nepal’s Pokhara were from Ghazipur district in UP.
