Ujjivan SFB launches ‘Ujjivan Rewardz’ for its resident savings account holders

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited (Ujjivan SFB) has launched ‘Ujjivan Rewardz’, a new customer loyalty program aimed at enhancing digital engagement and rewarding savings account holders for a variety of transactions. Developed in partnership with AdvantageClub.ai, the program allows customers to earn reward points for actions such as account opening, recurring deposits, bill payments, and digital transactions through POS, UPI, e-commerce, NEFT, IMPS, and RTGS.

The earned points can be redeemed for vouchers across lifestyle, shopping, travel, and entertainment, with a validity of two years—encouraging long-term engagement. The program also features a lower minimum spend threshold and includes UPI transactions for reward eligibility, aligning with the evolving digital behavior of customers.

The introduction of Ujjivan Rewardz is expected to further attract urban and semi-urban customers looking for value-driven, tech-enabled banking experiences, strengthening the bank’s CASA growth strategy in the region.
