On Wednesday, Manipur Police conducted operations leading to the arrest of two active members of the proscribed Kangleipak Communist Party (City Meitei) and the recovery of a stolen motorcycle in Imphal. Nongthombam Isingchaoba Singh (19), also known as Kondum, was arrested in Kongba Laishram Leikai, while Longjam Nelson Singh (22), known as Thoiba, was apprehended in Thangmeiband Hijam Dewan Leikai. Additionally, police detained two suspects, I.K. Robert (24) and Md. Tomba (24), for vehicle theft in the Kanglapat area, recovering a stolen TVS Centra motorcycle (registration AS-01-AA-4095) from them, which had been reported stolen earlier that day.
