An off-duty railway ticket examiner has been charged with peeing on a female passenger on the Kolkata-Amritsar Akal Takht Express following reports of intoxicated flyers peeing on other passengers.
During the night of March 13, the claimed event allegedly took place.
An officer with the Government Railway Police (GRP) reported on Tuesday that Munna Kumar, the accused train ticket examiner (TTE), had been detained. His alleged intoxication with alcohol was reported. The accused, a citizen of Bihar and a native of Begusarai, was assigned to Saharanpur as a TTE, according to the official.
