Toyota Kirloskar Motor expands reach to cover new emerging markets in India

Reinforcing the ‘Customers First’ approach, Toyota Kirloskar Motor inaugurated the 21st customer touchpoint in the North-East region of India. The opening of Zote Toyota in Aizawl, Mizoram, reflects Toyota’s commitment towards expanding its footprint in the region, enabling seamless access to best-in-class products and services to wider customer base. With a keen focus on strengthening its presence in the country, TKM has been at the forefront of launching solutions that makes the brand more accessible.

Zote Toyota dealership facility has 5317 sq. ft. of facilities, including 1S (sales) and 2S (service and spares), and a team of well-trained sales and service professionals, aiming to improve customer experience in line with TKM’s philosophy of Quality, Durability and Reliability (QDR).

 TKM’s Regional Stockyard (RSY) and Regional Parts Centre (RPC) in Northeast, Guwahati, Assam have been launched to streamline New Vehicle distribution in the region, reducing delivery time from 13 days to 3 days. Mr. Atul Sood, Vice President – Sales and Strategic Marketing, Toyota Kirloskar Motor, stated, “Our motto is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction with Toyota’s renowned products and services and fortify the reliable image of the brand in Aizawl’’.
