The “Awesome New Car Delivery Solution” heralds a paradigm shift in the automotive industry by ensuring the safe and hassle-free transportation of new vehicles from dealer stockyards to customer delivery points. Unlike conventional methods involving driving new cars to the delivery location, TKM’s initiative utilizes flatbed trucks, guaranteeing pristine delivery without subjecting the vehicles to road transit, even in remote rural areas where logistical challenges abound. Sabari Manohar, Vice President of Sales-Service-Used Car Business at Toyota Kirloskar Motor, emphasized the customer-centric nature of the initiative, stating, “Our commitment to customer-centricity is paramount. Under the Phase I rollout, customers across 26 states with 130 dealerships will benefit from this groundbreaking service.
