The partnership aims to improve the quality of voice service and enhance the overall customer experience. Vi has implemented a VoLTE monitoring solution from Anritsu, which offers faster call connectivity and crystal clear sound quality.
The solution also improves efficiency by detecting and demarcating VoLTE service issues faster. It also provides an enhanced view of VoLTE service-specific insights and prioritizes resolution based on subscriber impact and severity. Anritsu provides enhanced visibility across all VoLTE dimensions, enabling faster identification and resolution of customer-affecting issues.
