Three-day B20 conference on Opportunities for Multilateral Business Partnerships

A 3-day Business 20 Conference under India’s G20 Presidency is underway in Kohima (Nagaland) from 4 April to 6 April. The theme of the B20 conference is ‘Opportunities for Multilateral Business Partnerships in Agriculture and Food Processing, Tourism and Information Technology’. The B-20 Summit witnessed participation from 64 foreign delegates from 29 countries.

During the conference, Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Government (B2G) meetings were organized. Discussions to facilitate economic growth and aid in the development of important sectors of the economy in the Northeast region also took place.

Minister of State for External Affairs and Education, Dr. Rajkumar Ranjan Singh, and Chief Minister of Nagaland, Neiphiu Rio addressed the inaugural session. Minister of State for External Affairs and Education Dr. Rajkumar Ranjan Singh also addressed the conference. The conference focused on major developments and activities in the concerned sectors, highlighting investment opportunities from the state administration. This is the fourth and final summit of the B20 events as part of the G-20 dialogue forum for the global business community.
