The international premiere of “Bhagwan Bharose,” Shiladitya Bora’s first film as a filmmaker, is scheduled for the UK Asian Film Festival.
According to a press release, the festival’s last film will be a Hindi-language coming-of-age drama on May 13 at the Kiln Theatre in North West London. It is based on a narrative by Sudhakar Neelmani.
The plot centres on Satendra Soni and Sparsh Suman, two impressionable young people who struggle with their perceptions of God and religion in India in the 1990s.
