To strengthen its sales force and expand its reach, Tata AIA has organized career opportunity presentations for aspiring life insurance advisors. These events have attracted a significant number of attendees, many of whom have joined the company’s agency network. Furthermore, Tata AIA has collaborated with industry associations to educate financial professionals and small business owners about the importance of life insurance and the career opportunities available in the insurance sector.
The company has also conducted numerous on-ground initiatives to directly engage with potential customers. The ‘Bimarath’ campaign, in partnership with IndusInd Bank, involved promotional vans that showcased informative videos about life insurance benefits across various districts in West Bengal. Additionally, Tata AIA has leveraged the Common Service Center (CSC) network to reach rural communities through Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs), providing insurance solutions to a wider population.To ensure consistent outreach, Tata AIA has implemented long-term initiatives such as ‘Masik Bima Divas’ and social media campaigns. These efforts have successfully reached a large audience and communicated the benefits of life insurance through various channels.As a result of these strategic initiatives, Tata AIA has significantly increased its penetration in West Bengal. As of July 2024, the company had secured the lives of over 11,000 consumers, demonstrating its commitment to providing accessible and affordable insurance solutions to the people of the state.
