Tata AIA Life Insurance has introduced a new industry-first premium payment facility through WhatsApp and Unified Payment Interfaces (UPIs). This innovative feature provides instant premium payment facilities through WhatsApp and UPI-enabled payment options, offering a seamless and agile process for both tech and non-tech-savvy consumers.
With close to 500 million WhatsApp users and over 300 million UPI users in India, Tata AIA aims to provide consumers with ease and convenience in transactions through their preferred modes. The partnership with WhatsApp and PayUto aims to enhance consumer convenience and ease of use in the insurance industry.
