Soubam Ibopishak Singh was inaugurated as the Chairman of the Manipur Electricity Regulatory Commission (MnREC) during a ceremonial event today. The oath of office was administered by Ajay Kumar Bhalla, the Governor of Manipur, at the Darbar Hall of Lok Bhavan in Imphal.
