Samsung to showcase Google Gemini-powered AI kitchen lineup at CES 2026

Samsung today announced that it will unveil an expanded lineup of Bespoke AI kitchen appliances at CES 2026, showcasing upgraded AI Vision technology built with Google Gemini and Google Cloud. The launch will include new iterations of the Bespoke AI Refrigerator Family Hub, OTR microwaves and slide-in ranges, alongside a new Bespoke AI Wine Cellar, all designed to enhance personalization and convenience in modern kitchens.

Samsung said the latest AI Vision upgrade represents a significant step in applying vision-based AI to daily food management and meal preparation. “Samsung will reach a new level of innovation through this collaboration with Google Cloud and will utilize these ongoing initiatives to continue to deliver better consumer experiences in the upcoming year,” said Jeong Seung Moon, Executive Vice President and Head of R&D Team for Digital Appliances Business.

The Bespoke AI Refrigerator will now be able to recognize more food items than before, including processed foods without separate registration, expanding from earlier limits of 37 fresh items and 50 registered processed items. The system will automatically log food names, detect user-labeled containers and broaden kitchen use cases. The Bespoke AI Wine Cellar will track wine labels, bottle positions and suggest pairings via the SmartThings AI Wine Manager. Samsung will also introduce refreshed stainless-look 3-Door and French Door refrigerator designs, improved slide-in ranges with Precision Knob, and new OTR microwaves including Air-Fry OTR and DualVent OTR, which features a revised hood structure and front ventilation wing for improved smoke capture.

A positive response is expected from Kolkata’s premium consumer electronics market, driven by rising demand for connected appliances ahead of the festive buying season. Retailers in the city anticipate traction among urban homebuyers seeking smarter kitchens, improved ventilation solutions and AI-enabled food management systems as the market shifts toward integrated home automation.
