Samsung has opened its first Premium Experience Store in Kolkata’s Park Street, showcasing its connected device ecosystem, Samsung Smart Things, and a phygital experience via Store+. The store is designed to be a one-stop shop for sales and service, offering captivating experiences to consumers.
Consumers will receive assured gifts, 2X loyalty points on transactions above INR 15000, and Galaxy Buds FE at INR 2999 when buying select Galaxy devices for a limited period. The first 200 customers will receive early bird giveaways on purchases of INR 20000 or more.
In addition to these benefits, consumers can avail of student discounts of up to 10% on smartphones, laptops, and smartwatches, up to 22.5% cashback, and INR 22000 in additional benefits on select items. Samsung will also host a variety of Galaxy workshops as part of its ‘Learn @ Samsung’ program designed for tech-savvy consumers, especially Gen Z and millennials. These workshops will include AI education workshops focusing on consumer passion points. Samsung India’s Senior Director, of D2C Business, Sumit Walia, said the store aims to captivate local shoppers with immersive and uniquely tailored product experiences.
