Presently The police officer in the US Seattle, who killed 23 year old Indian student Jaahnavi Kandula while responding to an overdose call, will not face any criminal charges due to lack of ”sufficient” evidence, authorities said. Kandula was struck by a police vehicle driven by Officer Kevin Dave at 119 kmph when she was crossing a street on January 23 last year. This is actually very sad news as this incident has happened and right judgment is not taking.
Today many Indians are going to study in US and for this they are actually spending much money. But the reality is actually very different as when Indian student go in US they don’t have much safety and many of them get attacked. Actually this issue is needed to be taken very seriously and all Indians who are going to US need to be very alert so that they don’t get any trouble. In reality this incident need to be solved and right action need to be taken.
