Agartala witnessed a landmark event organized by PBPartners, the PoSP arm of Policybazaar, as they hosted their signature ‘Pathshala Event’. Aimed at bolstering the capabilities of insurance agents in providing end-to-end customer service, the event underscored the growing significance of insurance awareness in Northeastern cities.The PBPathshala event in Agartala served as a platform for around 120 PoSP agent partners from the region to engage with industry leaders and glean insights into fostering innovation and technological advancement in the insurance sector. Among the distinguished attendees were Aryan Singh, Business Unit Head of Life Insurance, PBPartners, Rahul Mishra, National Life Sales Head at PBPartners, and Mohammad Hashim, Regional Manager for Northeast at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, along with other senior executives.
Since its inception in April 2022, PBPathshala has emerged as a pivotal component of PBPartners’ engagement strategy, offering tailored training programs and interactive sessions to equip agent partners with the requisite skills and knowledge to better serve consumers. Aryan Singh emphasized the company’s commitment to expanding its presence in Northeastern regions, recognizing the immense potential for bridging the insurance protection gap. Similarly, Rahul Mahesh Mishra reiterated the focus on customer service, highlighting plans to establish an experience center in Tripura to further support consumers.
