Patel Engineering Limited, a civil construction company specializing in hydropower and irrigation, along with the JV Partner has received a letter of award for the Dibang Multipurpose Project, which includes the construction of civil works for Lot 4 from NHPC Limited.
As a 50% partner in the JV, Patel’s share in the project is Rs.1,818.56 crores. The project aims to construct head race tunnels, power-house and transformer cavern, tail race tunnels, pot head yard, and other infrastructure for the 2880MW (12X240MW) Dibang Multipurpose Project in Arunachal Pradesh, India.
