Preetom Regon, one of the students from Assam who arrived in New Delhi on Saturday morning under Operation Ajay said, he had a close shave when the attack started in the morning. At that time, he was in Rehovot city near Tel Aviv, his smartphone of his flatmate received a siren alarm from the Home Front Command App of the Israel Defence Forces, asking all civilians to take shelter in their bunkers.
Further, 12 students from Northeast have returned back to the state, however, many caregivers from India including Northeast are still there giving service to people there.
