Guwahati, Assam, 2nd November 2023: Amazon.in has launched a comprehensive range of interior and exterior paints featuring over 1,000 shades along with a range of essentials that include waterproofing products, primers, enamels, painting tools, masking tapes, and drop sheet covers for home improvement needs. Amazon has also introduced a Paint Finder calculator to help customers visualize and compare paint shades.
The Northeastern region has contributed significantly to the Amazon Great Indian Festival 2023, with over 1.6X YoY growth in the Home, Kitchen, and Outdoors category. Customers can avail discounts on cookware, electric scooters, bikes, home and kitchen appliances, Diwali lights, home décor, and sports equipment during the festival’s Finale Days. The Northeast region has become the fastest-growing region in this category, with Tier 3 and beyond cities contributing over 80% of orders during the festival.
Commenting on the occasion, K N Srikanth, Director, Amazon India said, “The northeastern region holds a prominent position and is growing at more than 1.6X YoY across Home, Kitchen and Outdoors category. We are building our capacity to cater to the emerging demands from the region and 20% of orders in Guwahati are being delivered within 1 day.”
