Newlywed actress Parineeti Chopra who tied the knot with politician Raghav Chadha has graced the runway for Faabiiana at the Fashion Design Council Of India (FDCI) X Lakme Fashion Week.
Speaking at the Lakme Fashion Week press conference, Parineeti talked about her love for sarees. She said, “It’s only been 2 weeks since I got married and I haven’t been trying sarees every day at home. I have always been very comfortable with sarees and it’s about the draping, it is draped so well that I can do yoga wearing them and I think all Indian girls should be comfortable.”
The actress attended the Fashion Week in an ethereal, pearl ivory saree, enhanced by her traditional chooda and the sindoor on her forehead. Her ramp walk down the runway was a sight to behold, and her joyful expression radiated unmistakable happiness.
