Nagaland’s Minister for Higher Education and Tourism, Temjen Imna Along, emphasized the importance of skill development and adaptability among students to propel societal progress. Speaking at the 75th-anniversary celebration of the Southern Angami Students’ Union (SASU) in Viswema Village, the minister underscored the need to balance academic excellence with practical skills.
“Education forms the backbone of societal advancement,” Along stated, urging students to adopt humility and perseverance as they pursue knowledge. Themed “Inspirational Address,” the event highlighted the role of education in fostering holistic growth and preparing students for evolving challenges.
