Twenty-two students from Manipur participated in a National Integration Tour organized by the Assam Rifles, during which they explored various cultural and scientific landmarks in Kolkata. Key sites visited included the iconic Howrah Bridge, the Vijay Diwas Tattoo Show at the Mangal Pandey Training Ground, and Science City. This tour provided students with deep insights into India’s heritage, scientific advancements, and military culture. The initiative aimed to promote national integration through the theme of “Unity in Diversity,” allowing the students to gain meaningful experiences that fostered cultural understanding, a patriotic spirit, and an appreciation for the country’s progress.
