To counter these, professionals are adopting ‘Loud Learning’—being vocal and intentional about their learning goals. This approach sees 81% believing it helps them dedicate time to skill enhancement. Prominent ‘Loud Learning’ methods include sharing learnings with teammates (40%), publicizing learning journeys on LinkedIn (40%), and informing team members of dedicated learning time blocks (35%). Remarkably, 64% are already practicing this strategy.
