Linde, a global industrial gases company, has launched Encore, a career-enabling program for women professionals who want to restart their careers after a sabbatical. The program aims to tap into the talent and potential of women professionals who are currently on a career break and looking to reskill and retrain. The Encore Training Program reflects Linde’s commitment to fostering gender equality and inclusivity within the workforce.
Participants will work alongside experienced professionals in various domains, and receive mentorship, guidance, and regular evaluations.The program emphasizes practical, hands-on learning, allowing participants to gain confidence and refine their skills through real-world projects and assignments.
Open to women of all ages, the program provides comprehensive on-the-job training for 12-18 months, aiming to refresh skills and update knowledge. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience prior to their sabbatical to be eligible for the program.Nita Chakravarty, Head of HR, Linde – India said, “We are excited to launch the Encore Training Program at Linde in India.
