Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited has appointed Ms. Ketaki Bhagwati as an Independent Director on the Bank’s Board for four years, effective May 18, 2024, subject to the approval of the Bank’s members. Ms. Ketaki Bhagwati, with over three decades of experience in the banking and financial services industry, is being welcomed to the Bank’s Board of Directors.
The Board anticipates working with her and benefiting from her guidance in key business segments in the coming months and years. Ms. Bhagwati is an Independent Director and Senior Advisor, focusing on strategy, business development, operations, governance, financial, credit, and risk management.
Ms. Bhagwati, a former Chief Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation, has extensive experience in private equity, mergers & acquisitions, debt & structured finance, and distressed asset workouts. She began her career at Credit Rating Information Services of India (CRISIL) in Mumbai.
