Khemchand visits Ima Chinga Lairembi Shanglen, seeks blessings

Chief Minister Y Khemchand conducted a prayer at the Ima Chinga Lairembi Shanglen, located at the Assam Rifles Post in Singjamei Chinga Hill, Imphal West district, to invoke blessings for enduring peace, community harmony, and sustainable development in Manipur. He shared his experience on social media platforms, highlighting the warm reception he received from military officials including Maj Gen Gaurav Sharma and Brig Pratyush Kumar, among others. Khemchand emphasized his commitment to achieving lasting peace and development in alignment with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for a ‘vikshitmanipur’ (developed Manipur) and ‘Viksit Bharat’ (developed India).

Additionally, Khemchand engaged with senior members of the Chinga Mathak Young Learners Club (CYLC), where he listened to their concerns and aspirations regarding the club’s development and local welfare. He assured them of government support to address their needs and strengthen the club’s functions, underscoring the importance of such community institutions in fostering social cohesion, youth involvement, and public welfare within society.
