JK Cement, a leading name in the cement industry, has announced the foundation of a Grey Cement Grinding Unit in Buxar, Bihar, with a BhoomiPujan ceremony. The event was graced by Dr. NidhipatiSinghania, Vice Chairman, and Mr. MadhavkrishnaSinghania, Joint Managing Director and CEO, alongside senior officials. This initiative marks a significant milestone in JK Cement’s strategic push to bolster its presence in Eastern India and support Bihar’s infrastructural growth.

The Buxar Grinding Unit, with a planned capacity of 3.00 MTPA and an investment exceeding ₹500 crore, is expected to enhance JK Cement’s production capacity to over 30 MTPA by next year. In Patna, the cement market is witnessing a surge in demand driven by rapid urbanization and infrastructural projects. JK Cement’s entry is poised to cater to this growing need, offering premium products to fuel the city’s development aspirations.
