Intas Foundation Imphal, Apna Ghar, successfully conducted a Health & Wellness Awareness Session at its office located at Keishamthong Irom Pukhri Mapal, Imphal West, with the objective of promoting holistic wellbeing among patients and caregivers. The programme was organized to enhance awareness about physical, mental, and social health as essential components of overall wellness. The session emphasized that maintaining good health requires a balanced approach that includes proper nutrition, regular physical activity, adequate rest, and emotional stability.
The session was facilitated by Ksh. Dhamendra and Miabam Babita from Happy & Healthy Nutrition Club, who delivered an informative and engaging presentation focusing on practical and achievable lifestyle modifications.
