Yesterday India chased down a target of 209 runs against Australia in the first T20I in Visakhapatnam to record their highest successful run chase in T20I cricket. In the match Suryakumar Yadav top scored for India with 80 in 42 balls. India’s previous highest successful T20I run chased had come on December 6, 2019 when they chased down a 208 run target against West Indies in Hyderabad. Actually this match was very interesting as both team played well and at end India win the match.
T20I format is actually becoming very successful as it takes very less time by showing whole match. Although India was unable to win the World Cup but still they don’t lost the spirit as they are looking for future matches. This T20I series between India and Australia is also becoming very interesting and both teams want to perform well in coming matches.
