Tata Motors Group has reported global wholesales of 3,29,847 vehicles in the first quarter of FY25, marking a 2% increase compared to the same period last year.In a detailed breakdown, global wholesales of Tata Motors’ commercial vehicles and Tata Daewoo range stood at 93,410 vehicles, reflecting a 6% growth from Q1 FY24.
Meanwhile, wholesales of Tata Motors passenger vehicles, including electric vehicles, totaled 138,682 units, slightly down by 1% year-on-year.Notably, Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), excluding volumes from the China joint venture (CJLR), reported wholesales of 97,755 vehicles, registering a 5% increase. Jaguar sold 8,227 vehicles, while Land Rover contributed significantly with 89,528 vehicles sold during the quarter.
