Manipur Police successfully executed the arrest of three active members of the KYKL (SOREPA) in separate operations within the Imphal West district. The individuals apprehended were identified as Keithelakpam Telheiba Mangang, aged 23, hailing from Kwakeithel Heinou Khongnembi, who was arrested in Kangabam Leikai; Konthoujam Gooddy Meitei, also 23 years old and from Bishnupur Ward No. 10 in Joypur Khunou Bishnupur district, caught in Kwakeithel Thokchom Leikai; and Laishram Ichan Devi, aged 30, originally from Wabagai Terapishak in Kakching district, currently residing at Kwakeithel Akham Leikai, and apprehended in Kwakeithel Bazar. Authorities seized three mobile phones, four SIM cards, 6000 Rupees, and a Yamaha motorcycle from their possession. According to the police statement, these individuals were engaged in recruiting new members, performing extortion activities across the valley districts, and supplying logistical support to their organization.
