ICICI Prudential AMC delivers second-best returns among over Rs 10,000-crore IPOs of 2025

ICICI Prudential AMC has emerged as the second-best mega IPO of 2025, in terms of returns, following its debut with a premium of over 20% on December 19. The company’s shares listed at Rs 2,600 each on the NSE, marking a strong market entry. After LG Electronics, ICICI Prudential AMC has delivered the highest returns among all IPOs raising more than Rs 10,000 crore this year.

Other notable IPOs in this category include HDB Financial Services and Tata Capital. HDB Financial Services, a subsidiary of HDFC Bank, debuted in July with a 13% premium, listing at Rs 835 per share. The Rs 12,500 crore issue was oversubscribed by 16.69 times. Meanwhile, Tata Capital had a more modest market debut on October 13, listing with a 1% premium at Rs 330 per share, after its Rs 4,000 crore IPO was subscribed nearly twice its offer size between October 6 and 8.
