The official inauguration ceremony will take place at 8:30 PM, officiated by Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. Accompanying the event, a cultural program will feature performances by artists, including singers Shankuraj Konwar and Rito Riba, commencing at 3 PM on the Coke Studio stage.
