Global Health Organizations Tackle Rise in Dengue Cases

The World Health Organization (WHO) has issued a global alert over a significant rise in dengue cases, particularly in South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. Nepal and Bangladesh have been identified as high-risk regions due to heavy rainfall and rising temperatures, which create ideal breeding conditions for mosquitoes.

Global health agencies are working with regional governments to improve early diagnosis and prevention efforts. Public health campaigns, mosquito-control initiatives, and vaccine development are being prioritized to curb the outbreak.
