The Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) will organise the “W20-MAHE Women Vice Chancellors’ and Leaders’ Conclave”. The primary goal of W20, the official G20 engagement group for gender equity, is to make sure that gender issues are taken into account during G20 negotiations.
In order to foster equality for all those on the periphery of development, the event will include more than 40 women leaders from different regions of India.At the MAHE campus, Lt. Gen. Dr. M. D. Venkatesh and Dr. Sandya Purecha will give welcome speeches. The conversations will center on five topics: leadership, skill development, caregiving, women in higher education, and participation in the labor sector.
The Chair and Chief Coordinator of W20 are anticipated to take part in a working paper with evidence-based policy suggestions. I will be pleased to participate in the Conclave, said Lt. Gen. Dr. M. D. Venkatesh, Vice Chancellor of MAHE.Day 2 will feature five-panel discussions with 40 participants, Nammoora Habba, an evening of Karnataka folk dances, and other events.
