On Wednesday, a gas loaded tanker met with an accident near Assam’s Sonapur area in Kamrup districts.
According to the reports, the accident took place due leakage gas from the gas tanker bearing registration number AS-01FC-5453. The tanker caught into fire, immediately fire service personnel were rushed in the spot.
A local police detailed about the incident saying, “The tanker was coming from Guwahati. The driver lost his control and crossed over the divider. One person, a worker of the vehicle, got injured and was sent to hospital.”
