Future Generali India begins campaign to raise insurance awareness

Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited (FGII), has launched an insurance awareness program on wheels called “KEEP YOUR FAMILY SECURED, GET INSURED!” in Sikkim. The program aims to increase insurance penetration in the region. The campaign van was flagged off from Gangtok city by dignitaries, including Dr. Yogesh Verma, Mr. Pramod Dalmia, and Mr. Rajesh Somani.

Future Generali’s van campaign will run for 12 days and cover 36 villages in the Gangtok district. It will offer engagement activities such as performance art, question and answer rounds, and a lucky draw to raise awareness about insurance and how it can help people secure their future. The insurance awareness program will educate people about the importance of insurance, provide information about the claims process, and promote public awareness of the importance of insurance in everyday life.

There is a sizable untapped market in North-East India, including Sikkim. The FGII’s larger plan to boost insurance penetration in the nation includes the insurance awareness programme in Sikkim. The organisation has been at the forefront of spreading knowledge about insurance and has established several projects and programmes around the nation to do so. Ruchika Malhan Varma, Chief Marketing Officer, Future Generali India Insurance Co. Ltd. said, “Our aim is to educate people about the benefits of insurance and how they can financially secure their future by buying insurance.”
