Recently India has invited French President Emmanuel Macron to be the chief guest at the Republic Day celebrations on January 26, PTI reported on Friday citing sources. India had invited US President Joe Biden as the chief guest but he expressed inability to travel to New Delhi in January the report added. Above all Macron attended the G20 Summit in September. Actually Republic Day is very special for our country and all Indian feels very proud for their country.
Today India plays a very important role in the world as every country knows how important India is for them. Actually India is progressing very fast and for this reason every Indian respects their country. For this reason Republic Day for them is very important and they like to celebrate it. In reality today France and India have a very good relation. Inviting French President Emmanuel Macron to be the chief guest at the Republic Day is very good step as it will help India in many ways specially creating good relations with countries like France.
