Preparations for the Sekrenyi-cum-Mini Hornbill Festival 2026 are advancing following a coordination meeting led by Deputy Commissioner Polan John in Chumoukedima. The festival is scheduled for February 25 at Sovima Village Council Ground, focusing on Naga traditions and local entrepreneurship. The Deputy Commissioner highlighted the event’s importance for cultural expression and economic opportunities. Key updates included participation from 11 departments, traditional games, and a capacity-building session.
