Delhi Dept. begins to cancel the IAS Coaching Centre’s NOC; L.G. visits the protest site.

On Monday, the Delhi Fire Services started the process of canceling the no-objection certificate granted to Rau’s IAS Study Circle, where three students were harmed in the flooded basement. Sources said the certificate, which stated that the basement would be used for storage purposes, will be cancelled.

Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena visited the protest site in the Old Rajender Nagar area, where examiners sat on the ground, demanding justice and paying for the families of the loss. He met protesters, who raised their voice and concerns and sat for strict action against those responsible.

The Amid slogans of ‘We Want Justice’, the blocks were removed during the visit as the L-G promised to not spare the guilty. “I promise no one will be left out and forgiven; all those who are responsible will be punished. I am with you all. I need some time. I will come back whenever you all call me here,” he told the protesters.
