The 1st Foundation Day of Daichiro Professional Skill Academy was celebrated at the Public Library Hall in Uripok Sorbon Thingel, Imphal West, featuring the launch of the “SkillNest After-School Club.” Founder and Director Potshangbam Sachipriya remarked that the academy has been dedicated to delivering skill-based training to children from a young age, focusing on critical areas such as life skills, confidence building, manners, and discipline. She addressed prevalent concerns among working parents regarding the lack of proper guidance for children during after-school hours and their increasing dependency on mobile devices at home.
In response, the SkillNest After-School Club aims to establish a structured support system offering academic support along with essential training in life skills, fostering positive habits, and aiding in overall personality development. Sachipriya highlighted that this initiative is intended not only to enhance academic learning but also to cultivate responsible, confident, and well-rounded individuals. The event saw participation from parents, students, and well-wishers, underscoring a significant milestone in the academy’s commitment to the holistic development of children.
