Nambie, a principal and owner of Sunbeam Foundation School in Upper Rangsa, Meghalaya, has transitioned from teaching communication skills in Chennai to nurturing young minds in Meghalaya’s serene landscapes. She also runs ‘Eat Your Kappa’, a YouTube channel documenting northeast food and culture.

Nambie, a passionate cook since childhood, enjoys culinary experimentation and MasterChef competitions. Her husband serves as a taste-tester for her creations. Nambie aims to showcase Northeastern India’s diverse culinary heritage and creates memorable and mouthwatering dishes every time she spends in the kitchen.
