Chief Minister Y Khemchand offered encouragement to students preparing for the Class XII Higher Secondary Examination (HSE) 2026 organized by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur. He emphasized the importance of approaching exams with a positive and relaxed mindset, likening successful students to ‘exam warriors’ rather than ‘exam worriers’. Khemchand remarked that while exams play a critical role in shaping careers, students should view them as a celebration rather than a source of stress. He urged students to focus on personal progress rather than competition against others. Parents and teachers were also called upon to support students without imposing excessive pressure, promoting a calm approach to the exams.
Additionally, Nambol AC MLA Th Basanta Kumar extended his best wishes to students entering pivotal academic milestones, including the Class X Board Examination and the Class XI & XII COHSEM Examination 2026. He highlighted exams as a test not only of knowledge but also of perseverance, discipline, and confidence. Kumar encouraged students to prepare diligently, face challenges courageously, and maintain clarity of thought. He expressed belief in the students’ potential, urging them to commit to honesty and determination, and wished them success in their future endeavors.
