Following Keisham Meghachandra Singh’s appointment as the Congress Legislature Party (CLP) leader of the Indian National Congress in Manipur, a grand felicitation organized by the Wangkhem Block Congress Committee (WBCC) took place at their office in Yairipok Bishnunaha.
