CEAT Cricket Rating Awards celebrate its 25th edition, recognizing excellence and consistency

CEAT Limited, India’s leading tyre manufacturer, celebrated the 25th edition of the CEAT Cricket Rating Awards on 22nd August in Mumbai, India. The event unites the cricketing fraternity and honors the finest achievements of both men and women based on their performances. The CCR is the gold standard for evaluating cricketing achievements on both global and domestic fronts. The 25th Ceat Cricket Rating Awards showcased entertaining performances and insightful panel discussions, attracting viewers, fans, Bollywood stars, and cricketers. The award, inspired by the movie Ghoomer, was presented to Best Coach to Brendan McCullum.

The event recognized remarkable performances by women cricketers, with Deepti Sharma winning the ‘CEAT Women’s International Cricketer of the Year’ and Shafali Verma being felicitated as U-19 Women’s World Cup Winning Captain. Domestic prowess was rewarded with Jalaj Saxena as the CEAT Domestic Cricketer of the Year.

Suryakumar Yadav was awarded the CEAT Best T20 Batsman, while Bhuvneshwar Kumar received the Best T20 Bowler of the Year Award. Legends Madan Lal and Karsan Ghavri received the ‘CCR International Lifetime Achievement Award’.  The ‘CEAT  Men’s International Cricketer of the Year award was awarded to Shubman Gill.Mr. Harsh Goenka, Chairman, RPG Group, said, “Through CEAT’s Cricket Rating, we wholeheartedly honour those who’ve captivated us across a spectrum of formats – from enduring Tests to exhilarating ODIs and captivating T20 matches.”
