A red alert has been issued in Gujarat’s Kutch and Saurashtra. Along with Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Goa and Lakshadweep have been alerted. Fishermen have been banned from going into the sea till Friday.
